我们一大早就乘车来到了张家界国家森林公园。一进大门，高耸入云的大树，像是在对我们点头微笑，这里是《西游记》的外景拍摄地。金鞭溪是张家界的精华所在。它位于老磨湾旁边。是一条天然形成的小溪，因金鞭岩而得名。下午我们去了金鞭溪。我们一见到溪水，便迫不及待地冲了过去。水特别清凉，我们用溪水洗脸、洗手，一不小心我滑了一跤，哎呀！裤子全打湿了。最惨的可不是我，哥哥比我更惨，他是不小心一屁股坐进了水里。水里还有许多小鱼和蝌蚪呢，我和哥哥只顾着抓小鱼、淌水，爸爸则不停地给我们抢拍镜头。听大人们说，金鞭溪有15公里长，我们走走，停下来玩玩，每次都是被爸爸、妈妈给拽出水的。
