国外工作的优点：开阔视野。国外的体制、文化等很多都与国内不同。
不可否回认的是如果去发达答国家，他们的体制在很大程度上优于我国，至少从“个人”角度考虑，的确会给人带来很强的冲击。
即使去的国家是发展中国家，也是一个很好了解其他地方的机会，毕竟这是去那里工作不是短短的旅游。
对自身能力的锻炼。
自身整体心态的提升。去他国工作较容易遭到排挤或者不太友好的对待，可能在一些小事上无所谓，但是牵扯到升职之类的大事可能就没自己什么事了。
社交能力和语言能力提升。
缺点：相较于国内，可能比较容易孤独，如果没有家人的陪伴，或者尚未找到好友。
对于年轻人而言我觉得基本没啥弊端，对于已婚人士或准备结婚人士，若与对方两地分居，结局通常不如人意。
国内工作的优点：有归属感与安全感。
缺点：容易因为与周围人攀比而压抑。在国外工作，和外国人攀比的心理要小于与本国人攀比的心理。
大幅度提升英语不易。
思维可能被禁锢，但是自己不觉得，认为自己的想法、做法、生活方式很正常，其实是没接受冲击。
