宁夏能拿得出手的景抄点不是很多，不过倒都是蛮有特色，沙坡头（看大漠孤烟长河落日，黄河从沙漠中穿行，我最喜欢的一个），沙湖（沙中有湖，湖中有沙，沙漠中的一片绿洲，也颇有一番情趣），还有就是苏峪口森林公园、西夏王陵、镇北堡影视城等。
不过两三天的时间，如果是自助游最好不要太累，建议少走两个地方，玩的轻松一点，精致一点。从兰州过来，先到银川吧，方便点，苏峪口森林公园这个季节不错，大概要整整一上午的时间，出来上国道就到镇北堡影视城了，一个下午足够。晚上住在石嘴山市大武口区，第二天走沙湖，沙湖套票比较贵，但是进去后不买套票看不到好东西，至于游乐项目建议少参加，性价比比较低。大概5个小时玩透，当天回银川住，准备第三天走沙坡头，沙坡头可以按照一天玩，项目很多，基本算是物美价廉，下午三点钟可以结束，回兰州。
至于景区的结束和门票价格网上都有，主要看你喜欢玩什么风格的景点，喜欢摄影就可以选沙湖和沙坡头，喜欢人文当然是镇北堡和西夏王陵，要是喜欢亲近自然，苏峪口这个季节不错。
