2014年，县委提出 “东有三平、西有高寨”美丽乡村示范点的创建目标，霞寨镇党委、政府着力实施，以蜜柚文化产业、生态乡村旅游为载体，打造环境优美、产业发展、宜居宜游的“柚海人家、富美高寨”。 2014年，投入730万元，邀请海口市城市规划设计研究院厦门分院规划设计，建设完成2.3公里柚海健身漫道、柚海索桥、“百年香樟·情定一生”主题公园、三王庙景点、大型蜜柚形状观景台、村部观景台、休闲垂钓区及亲子戏水区、良坑组“红军窟”、旅游公厕、停车场、民宿、房屋立面改造、村庄整洁以及三线整治等项目。2015年，计划投资350万元实施富美乡村提升工程，已完成村部观景长廊、柚海漫道（长汀村段）的延伸、游客接待中心的修缮、夜景工程的提升、墙头组停车场的建设以及指向牌、店面牌、蜜柚小贴士的更新等。
据不完全统计，今年以来，高寨村接待游客达80余万人次，日均3000人次，2015年国庆长假日均接待量近万人，以闽南粤东游客居多，此外还有江浙沪港等地的游客，其中不乏有来自广西、江西、广东等地前来学习、交流经验的政府人员，带动当地群众创收近350余万元，成为我县又一个乡村旅游的新亮点。接下来将积极向3A级景区的标准进一步开发建设，不断完善基础设施，计划实施延长健身漫道、拓宽上山道路、增加观景台、提升夜景等工程。同时，加大宣传力度，通过新闻报道、彩漫等形式获取关注、吸引外资，致力于将高寨打造成宜居宜游的城郊特色农业观光村落。

一下子，前面战线了一片桃林，这里鲜嫩的果实又吸引了我们，所以我们就连忙拿起了篮子，迫不及待地去摘桃子。这儿的桃子可多了有红红的水蜜桃、大大的猕猴桃，还有未成熟的杨桃......但不一会儿，我们就摘了一篮子，告别了桃林，我们又继续向前进军，哇噻，前面又是一大片苹果树，梨树，真是馋死我们了我们两个二话不说又去摘了。到了最后我们手里，怀里全都是水果，抱都抱不动了于是我们便开始吃 了，哎呀，真是美味啊，一下子这些水果就被我们解决了一大半呢，吃得肚子撑撑的了。
在果园林休息了一会儿，边又开始行动了这下我们要去的就是“金色沙滩”了，水里有许多许多的小鱼哦，还有许多轮船。沙滩上的沙子在太阳的照耀下变得闪闪发光。我们连忙跑到沙滩上，脱掉鞋子，在上面我们看市堆城堡，玩沙滩游戏等等。打着赤脚在上面追逐，真是太有趣味了。然后，我们在江边的水里泼水玩呢，一趟趟的浪花打在我们身上，一个字：爽！不过，时间怎是溜地太快了啊，玩了这么一会儿，竟然就到了回家的时间了。虽然很不想离开，却没有办法，只好依依不舍的告别了这个美丽的乡村。
今天这一天可真是丰富多采啊，一次乡村旅行，却为我们赠予了一个美妙而有趣的回忆啊！

About three hours later,we got to the top,The room there was too expensive.Parents told me we could see the sunrise,sometimes we could see our shadows on the Buddha's Light.
The next very moring,the guide waked me up from the dream.it was sad that I didn't see my shadow becouse it was cloudy that day.
