A recent survey shows that the health of the students in our school has been going from bad to worse in the past three years. The number of short-sighted students has increased from 77% in 2010 to 93.5% in 2013, while that of overweight students from 38% to 57.2%. Nearly 15% more students don’t have enough sleep because of more homework. Besides, over 21% more students become mentally unhealthy.
It seems to me that the reasons for this lie in heavier burden of study and more homework, thus making students unable to spare any time to take exercise or have enough sleep. To improve students’ health, we call for less homework. Only in this way can students get plenty of sleep and be more healthy. Proper diets and exercise should also be paid attention to so that they won’t easily put on weight. With their heavy burdens removed, students can then keep in normal mental health.

About three hours later,we got to the top,The room there was too expensive.Parents told me we could see the sunrise,sometimes we could see our shadows on the Buddha's Light.
The next very moring,the guide waked me up from the dream.it was sad that I didn't see my shadow becouse it was cloudy that day.

With the rapid development of our transportation, communication and economy, people`s life are becoming better and better, while tourism are also becoming more and more popular, we call the phenomenon “tourism wave”.
Tourism instry brought about the development of economy, as well as the construction of scenic spots. Moreover, it provides us a lot of opportunities to find a job, such as tourist guide, translator and so on.
As a coin has two sides, “tourism wave” also brought us a lot of troubles. Along with the development of tourism, all the famous scenic spots are full of tourists, especially ring the weekends and holidays, which did great harm to the environment and the places of interest. My hometown lies on the Plain of North China.The famous Grand Canal of China is to the east of our village.This is the place where my forefathers have lived for generations.When I was a boy I often played with other children near the bank of the canal.I watched the passing boats, and I wished to travel all over the world.
