B. 厦门经济特区建设25周年以来有什么经济成就

经济特区建设25年来和谐厦门建设的实践成就

厦门经济特区自1981年建设至今，已经走过了25年的发展历程。在这25年中，厦门发挥经济特区“先行先试、敢闯敢试”的创新精神，坚持以经济建设为中心，坚持两个文明一起抓，努力推动社会建设与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设的协调发展，加快和谐社会建设进程；坚持经济发展与环境保护并重，大力建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会，努力实现人与自然的和谐发展。特别是近年来，厦门实施新一轮跨越式发展战略，大力推进科技、医疗卫生、教育、社会保障、文化、体育等社会事业发展，居民生活品质大幅提升，人居环境、创业环境、投资环境和发展环境进一步优化，城市综合实力显著增强。在中国社科院近两年发布的中国内地城市综合竞争力排名中，厦门连续位居第九位；在今年11月11日世界银行发布的中国120个城市投资环境评价报告中，厦门名列第五而成为“中国投资金牌城市”之一。2005年，在全省社会治安环境的综合测评中厦门位居首位，居民治安满意率高达97.7%。此外，厦门还先后获得“国家卫生城市”（1996年）、“国家园林城市”（1997年）、“国家环境保护模范城市”（1997年）、“全国十佳人居城市”（2001年）、“国际花园城市”（2002年）、“中国人居环境奖”（2003年）、“联合国人居奖”（2004年）、“全国文明城市”（2005年）、“双拥模范城”五连冠等一系列深刻反映“和谐”理念和和谐社会建设水平的荣誉。如今的厦门，已经充分展现了“温馨、和谐、活力、创新、生态”的城市魅力，成为享誉国内外的中国“最温馨的城市”。
