1、大纵湖的景点，大部分人最关心的问题，尤其在盐城上学的外地朋友，想出去放松下心情寻求旅游感觉，自然会想到大纵湖。值不值得去，那是看每个人的心境了，我去过新疆、西藏、云南等地方，在那想去旅游一番不跟团队的情况下，要乘火车再转汽车，花上整整一天的时间，确实很疲劳，但当你看着辽阔的草原、巍峨的冰山、茫茫千里的沙漠……试问还会觉得累吗？回到主题，大纵湖的景点在盐城来说算是最有景点风格的一个地方了，不到2小时的车程去一趟景点有何不值？至于里面的景象问题，我可以说是越来越好，毕竟这些都是人工后期开采的，建立了影视城、东晋城，看起来还是很壮观的。至于住宿问题也得到了较好的解决，这里有海浩水润天成酒店、蛟龙宾馆，住宿环境都是不错的。
2、大纵湖的特产，吃货们的最爱，尤其国庆期间，很多外地朋友都会自驾游到这里，然后在当地买上一些螃蟹，细细的品味一番大纵湖。这里的螃蟹说真话，与阳澄湖的大闸蟹相比确实有点逊色，但这里的螃蟹氛围是当地人多少年来凝聚而成。大纵湖的醉蟹，这个因人而异了，味道很好还夹杂着一番美酒感。
