國外工作的優點：開闊視野。國外的體制、文化等很多都與國內不同。
不可否回認的是如果去發達答國家，他們的體制在很大程度上優於我國，至少從「個人」角度考慮，的確會給人帶來很強的沖擊。
即使去的國家是發展中國家，也是一個很好了解其他地方的機會，畢竟這是去那裡工作不是短短的旅遊。
對自身能力的鍛煉。
自身整體心態的提升。去他國工作較容易遭到排擠或者不太友好的對待，可能在一些小事上無所謂，但是牽扯到升職之類的大事可能就沒自己什麼事了。
社交能力和語言能力提升。
缺點：相較於國內，可能比較容易孤獨，如果沒有家人的陪伴，或者尚未找到好友。
對於年輕人而言我覺得基本沒啥弊端，對於已婚人士或准備結婚人士，若與對方兩地分居，結局通常不如人意。
國內工作的優點：有歸屬感與安全感。
缺點：容易因為與周圍人攀比而壓抑。在國外工作，和外國人攀比的心理要小於與本國人攀比的心理。
大幅度提升英語不易。
思維可能被禁錮，但是自己不覺得，認為自己的想法、做法、生活方式很正常，其實是沒接受沖擊。

In short , owning a private car has both its advantages and disadvantages. It is advisable that we should pay much attention to the environmental protection by not having a private car if we have little or no practical use of the private car.
