平和縣霞寨鎮高寨村是一個老區基點村，距縣城15公里、鎮區4公里；全村有9個村小組1300多人，山地面積10000多畝，其中蜜柚種植面積5000多畝、年產值5000萬元以上；村莊建築位於整片柚海之中，村民多居住於海拔400－600米的半山腰上，享有平和「布達拉宮」之美譽，2014年被確定為漳州市市級富美鄉村創建村，2015年被評為「中國鄉村旅遊模範村」。
2014年，縣委提出 「東有三平、西有高寨」美麗鄉村示範點的創建目標，霞寨鎮黨委、政府著力實施，以蜜柚文化產業、生態鄉村旅遊為載體，打造環境優美、產業發展、宜居宜游的「柚海人家、富美高寨」。 2014年，投入730萬元，邀請海口市城市規劃設計研究院廈門分院規劃設計，建設完成2.3公里柚海健身漫道、柚海索橋、「百年香樟·情定一生」主題公園、三王廟景點、大型蜜柚形狀觀景台、村部觀景台、休閑垂釣區及親子戲水區、良坑組「紅軍窟」、旅遊公廁、停車場、民宿、房屋立面改造、村莊整潔以及三線整治等項目。2015年，計劃投資350萬元實施富美鄉村提升工程，已完成村部觀景長廊、柚海漫道（長汀村段）的延伸、遊客接待中心的修繕、夜景工程的提升、牆頭組停車場的建設以及指向牌、店面牌、蜜柚小貼士的更新等。
據不完全統計，今年以來，高寨村接待遊客達80餘萬人次，日均3000人次，2015年國慶長假日均接待量近萬人，以閩南粵東遊客居多，此外還有江浙滬港等地的遊客，其中不乏有來自廣西、江西、廣東等地前來學習、交流經驗的政府人員，帶動當地群眾創收近350餘萬元，成為我縣又一個鄉村旅遊的新亮點。接下來將積極向3A級景區的標准進一步開發建設，不斷完善基礎設施，計劃實施延長健身漫道、拓寬上山道路、增加觀景台、提升夜景等工程。同時，加大宣傳力度，通過新聞報道、彩漫等形式獲取關注、吸引外資，致力於將高寨打造成宜居宜游的城郊特色農業觀光村落。

老家後面有一片大竹林，一竿竿的翠竹，不時發出颯颯的響聲，彷彿他們在絮語著。這些高大的士兵守護著清新的空氣。當我走進這片竹林的時候，腳下踏著那永遠也曬不到陽光的泥土，真比踏著那富人們廳堂上的地毯還要舒服，讓進入竹林的人們忘記一切煩惱，出來時帶著的卻是新鮮的空氣。，和煦的陽光從竹林的葉片枝桿中灑下了千絲萬縷的金線，為竹林增添了生機。竹子和微風跳起了舞，發出「沙沙」的響聲，遠遠望去，好像起伏著的大海的波濤。一株株翠竹高聳挺拔，頂天立地，無論是嚴寒，還是酷暑，它四季常青，象徵著人民正直、質朴的品格和積極向上、艱苦奮斗的精神。

一下子，前面戰線了一片桃林，這里鮮嫩的果實又吸引了我們，所以我們就連忙拿起了籃子，迫不及待地去摘桃子。這兒的桃子可多了有紅紅的水蜜桃、大大的獼猴桃，還有未成熟的楊桃......但不一會兒，我們就摘了一籃子，告別了桃林，我們又繼續向前進軍，哇噻，前面又是一大片蘋果樹，梨樹，真是饞死我們了我們兩個二話不說又去摘了。到了最後我們手裡，懷里全都是水果，抱都抱不動了於是我們便開始吃 了，哎呀，真是美味啊，一下子這些水果就被我們解決了一大半呢，吃得肚子撐撐的了。
在果園林休息了一會兒，邊又開始行動了這下我們要去的就是「金色沙灘」了，水裡有許多許多的小魚哦，還有許多輪船。沙灘上的沙子在太陽的照耀下變得閃閃發光。我們連忙跑到沙灘上，脫掉鞋子，在上面我們看市堆城堡，玩沙灘游戲等等。打著赤腳在上面追逐，真是太有趣味了。然後，我們在江邊的水裡潑水玩呢，一趟趟的浪花打在我們身上，一個字：爽！不過，時間怎是溜地太快了啊，玩了這么一會兒，竟然就到了回家的時間了。雖然很不想離開，卻沒有辦法，只好依依不捨的告別了這個美麗的鄉村。
今天這一天可真是豐富多采啊，一次鄉村旅行，卻為我們贈予了一個美妙而有趣的回憶啊！

About three hours later,we got to the top,The room there was too expensive.Parents told me we could see the sunrise,sometimes we could see our shadows on the Buddha's Light.
The next very moring,the guide waked me up from the dream.it was sad that I didn't see my shadow becouse it was cloudy that day.
