一般情況下加拿大探親簽證或者旅遊簽證不需要體檢，只有部分退休老人才需要內體檢。退休老人體檢情況：容65歲以下抽檢，65歲以上都要提供體檢報告。是否需要體檢等待使館通知即可。

無犯罪記錄證明由公安部門開具，申請護照時出具，辦理簽證不用提交。

2. 加拿大簽證的體檢流程

加拿大簽證的體檢流程：

1、換上醫院提供的衣服。有要求做胸透的女生，請不要穿內衣，否則胸片上會印出罩杯的形狀。

2、量身高、體重、血壓、體脂、體溫、心跳。

3、 護士會提一些個人健康問題並要求回答，等同於中醫里的「問」。問題包括：過往病史、家族史、過敏、所服用的葯物、是否打過疫苗、有否做過婦科檢查等。

4.、見到醫生後，他還會再問一遍：例如打過的疫苗信息、上一次看牙科和眼科的日期、月經和性生活情況、有無生育史和曾經子宮膜片檢查結果等。

5、接下來，醫生會拿著一個帶小燈的儀器，檢查耳朵和口腔，然後讓你跟著燈轉動眼珠。接著聽心跳，還會要求做抬腿等動作檢查肌肉協調和神經反射。

一般都要受理個2-4周才會出體檢的通知，通常是郵件通知的，通常都是要到指定的體檢機構，體檢不需要太擔心，只要沒有啥傳染性的疾病，一般都沒啥問題，很容易通過。

有這些疾病可能會被拒簽：
- 對公共衛生或安全造成威脅; 或會過度加大加拿大政府在健康或福利事業上的投入。
- 這些疾病包括(但不局限於)艾滋病，嚴重的腎病，嚴重的心臟病，高危的傳染病等。加拿大政府沒有明確的列舉這些疾病，裁決權在移民官。乙肝攜帶不影響申請。
體檢時的注意事項：
A、在去體檢前，要先打電話預約，體檢中心的工作人員會告訴你具體時間，要求。
B、多喝水，這樣對尿檢，和血檢都有好處。有些好一些的體檢中心，如果發現指標偏高，會讓當時再喝些水，過幾個小時重檢一次。
C、體檢前幾天的飲食要盡量清淡和少鹽少糖,禁酒。盡力降低一些可能造成體檢指標異常的危險因素。
D、保證睡眠，避免父母因為緊張睡不好覺，而導致的血壓升高等臨時性的症狀。
E、如果父母平時就有高血壓，可以適當的用一些降壓葯，保持血壓的平穩。 (建議父母體檢時帶上平時吃的葯)。
F、如果有既往病史，最好把近幾年的體檢報告一起帶上，這樣便於醫生對比，尤其是一些老病灶，如果以前的片子和現在沒有差別，會對醫生的判斷有所幫助。
G、父母最好熟悉去體檢中心的路線，以免交通擁擠，時間拖延而導致父母精神緊張。
